While we advise that you do your best to attend the live sessions when possible, we understand that this won’t always be the case due to different time zone conflicts or other commitments.
All classes and masterclasses will be recorded so that you can watch them at a more convenient time.
You will have access to the recording soon after the session has ended. Recordings will be accessible via the 'Classes and Masterclasses' button on the Student Support Page.
Simply choose the session you wish to replay from the 'Playback Library' of the relevant course, click the link, and you will be able to access the recording.
Should you encounter any issues in accessing the recording, please contact support via this form. The form will be directed to our Support team who will be in touch within 12 hrs to help you. If you require more urgent assistance, we would recommend you connect with your Success Manager, Peers, and or where relevant, your Facilitator via the Student Community.
