Non-engagement policy

We know from our learners who have successfully completed the programme, that engagement throughout the Career Accelerator is core to achieving your desired outcomes.

Any lack of engagement with the course content (including Orientation), or response to communications from the programme support team of up to 3 weeks,  will mean that you are immediately classed as AWOL, which will result in your withdrawal from the programme. This includes engagement if you are either deferred or on interrupted study (temporary withdrawal).

The non-engagement policy will be activated in the following circumstances:

  • No Peer Review Submissions (Stage 1), or assignment submission.
  • An ongoing lack of engagement with the course content, including not accepting your course invite.
  • No response to active communications from a member of the programme support team, namely your success manager, a lead success manager, and the manager of student experience.
  • Failure to reply or respond to payment reminder emails will follow the non-payment policy.

If you don't submit a peer review, it will immediately trigger outbound communication from your success manager to highlight a lack of engagement and provide solutions to engage.

Failure to submit an assignment will result in a communication from the manager of student experience, as per the resit policy, to confirm your 1st resit.

Failure to engage with the programme support team communications for 1 week in relation to any aspect of the above, will activate the non-engagement communications flow, detailed below.

Week 1: Email communication from your Success Manager

Week 2: Email communication from your Lead Success Manager

Week 3: Email from the programme Student Experience Manager and potential withdrawal from the programme.
