It's preferable to reschedule the session with your success manager than to cancel. If you really do need to cancel, follow the instructions below.
We understand that things may come up unexpectedly. If you need to cancel a session, please do so within 24 hours where possible. This gives your success manager enough notice to reach out to others who may be waiting for a time slot to open up.
To cancel a session:
- Open the appointment in your calendar. Depending upon your calendar client, you may need to right-click on the appointment.
- Delete the calendar invite and select Send cancellation message, or Notify all of the cancellations. (This messaging will differ per calendar client.)
- (Optional) Include a note for the cancellation reason.
The session is cancelled and your success manager is automatically notified.
