How do I log a technical issue?

We have a dedicated support function to help with any technical issues you may encounter. Support is available during standard office hours via your success manager. We will make every effort to respond to you as soon as possible and within one business day of your request on regular business days. 


To report a technical issue, please submit a request for technical help using the form here, and your success manager will be able to identify the correct team within FourthRev to help you and also log your technical issue.

Please ensure you include the following details: 

  • Clear and concise details around the issue(s) you are experiencing. (For example, a password issue, issues logging in, unable to access a platform or tool provided.)
  • Your operating system and if applicable, your browser.
  • Screenshot(s) of the issue to help with troubleshooting.
  • What you have tried to date to rectify/resolve the issue.
  • Any other information you feel is important and relevant to share around the issue you are experiencing.

We will confirm receipt of your request. 


A note on platforms supported within the programme

All platforms supported/used throughout the programme are detailed within the Getting started - technical checklist section of Orientation. You can access this at any time and at any stage within the programme from the Student Support Page, which links out to the Orientation. 


We will do all that we can to support you in finding a solution or fix to your issue. You may need to be directed to the support team or knowledge base of the platform or tool you are having issues with. 


External platform support


Throughout the programme, you will encounter and use many platforms. Should you experience any issues with platforms throughout the programme, please check with the platform support in the first instance (see below for links to support functions on external platforms). Please also contact your success manager including any details on the problem.
