How do I reschedule my appointment with my career coach?

Any changes to a booked appointment should be made 24 hours before the appointment.

Rescheduling an appointment with your career coach can be completed in three ways, detailed below.

Any change to a booked session should be completed at least 24 hours prior to the session taking place. Failure to provide adequate notice will not only prevent someone else from being able to make use of the session time but could result in you losing the session entirely. We do understand that there are occasionally extenuating circumstances

Cancelling or rescheduling your booked appointment

1. Via your calendar. Navigate to the calendar appointment and update the appointment itself. If doing it this way, please ensure you also inform your success manager or career coach of the change, along with the updated time and date. 

2. Via the reschedule or cancel link in the confirmation email received at the point of booking your session. This is the preferred way to change your session time or date as it will automatically update in both your own and the other person's calendar immediately. 

3. Contact your career coach directly via email to request a new time or date for the appointment. They will then reschedule the appointment. 

The consequences of failing to notify your career coach or provide adequate notice of a change to your booked session are as follows: 

  • No shows: Failure to attend your booked session will result in your losing the session from your allocation of 9 sessions.
  • Reschedules: A minimum of 24 hours notice or the session will be classed as a no-show.
  • Cancellations: As with Reschedules.
  • Late attendance: The session will only run to the booked end time and no further. No replacement of the time or additional sessions will be granted.
