Below are some tips to ensure you look after your health and well-being during the programme.
It’s important that you look after your well-being throughout the programme. Do your best to adopt the behaviours and routines that will support you and your individual needs. To help manage your well-being throughout the programme, consider investing in the following activities:
- Engage with your peers via the community. This space is there for you to connect, communicate and collaborate.
- Engage with your success manager. They are there to support you, guide you, and ensure you are on track to succeed.
- Plan your study. This will ensure that you are comfortable and confident that you have the right amount of time to focus on the given hours required to succeed in this programme.
- Take breaks throughout your study time by walking away from your computer, stretching, and resting your eyes (and brain!).
- Set aside some downtime. Be it time with family and friends, or simply doing something you enjoy, away from the screen and the programme. You’ll come back refreshed and ready to continue.
By following the above measures, you will have structure to your studies, along with having support and interaction. All of these will help in your overall approach and well-being throughout the programme.
There will also be tips and tricks throughout the programme to help you with planning, resting, and general well-being. Should you want to discuss your well-being further, or understand how best to manage your well-being, please reach out to your success manager, and they will help you find the relevant resources.
