Registering for a Programme
How to register for a Programme:
The details on how to register for a Programme vary and you should check the terms and conditions of a specific Programme to find out exactly how to register. Generally, you can apply for a Programme through an online application system which will contain an online application process. This process will assess the admissions requirements for the Programme. Please note that these are general entry requirements, and you must check with each specific Programme terms and conditions to see what other entry requirements are applicable.
You should also be aware that the Education Partner collaborating on a specific Programme has complete discretion to request that your registration for a Programme be denied. The Education Partner can also request that you are removed from a Programme, that your activity on a Programme is suspended, or that your certificate of completion of a Programme is withheld. If this occurs, the Education Partner will set out the reason for such matters, which shall relate to outstanding fees, misconduct on a Programme or any other lawful reason.
Is a Programme suitable for you?
It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the Programme you are registering for is suitable for you, based on your individual requirements. Key information in relation to the Programme is set out on the Website. Each Programme also has a ‘Programme Brochure’ which is circulated to all interested learners. The Programme Brochure contains all information in relation to a Programme. Please ensure that you request a copy of a Programme Brochure before you register for a Programme. If you have any questions regarding a Programme or your suitability, please contact us by completing the virtual form here.
Information you will need to provide:
The specific information you need to provide to FourthRev to register for a Programme varies according to the Education Partner and the Programme itself. Generally, all Programmes require that you provide: (i) your personal contact details (including full name, address, email address and contact number); (ii) your age; (iii) proof of your degree (where required); (iv) proof of employment and/or a CV (where required); (v) proof of identity and (vi) an English language assessment (where required). There will also be Programme-specific requirements that you will be informed of on the Website, in the Programme Brochure, in the relevant Programme/Course handbooks, or in conversations with a member of the FourthRev team. For your internet browser, we recommend that you use Google Chrome.
As this is an online-only programme, we require that all applicants confirm they have the required technology and internet access to fully participate in the Programme. This will be assessed via self-assessment in which we provide the learner a test environment in order to assess whether their tech setup will be compatible with the systems and tools used on a Programme. To complete the self-assessment, you must have access to a laptop or computer, and not just a tablet, mobile phone or similar smaller devices.
Additional requirements:
Some Programmes may require additional software or resources. If this is the case, you will be informed of this at the time of registration or at the commencement of the Programme. Please note that some applications, such as Google or YouTube, are used for the Programme delivery and these services may be blocked depending on your jurisdiction. Please contact us by completing the virtual form here if you have any concerns about your ability to use any such services before you register for a Programme.

Variations to Programme Requirements:
We may change the requirements for a Programme at our sole discretion at any time. We will contact you in advance if any requirements change.
Access charges:
You may be required to source and obtain access to necessary software and resources required for any Programme at your own cost. FourthRev does not accept any liability for your inability to obtain such software and resources nor do we accept any liability for any consequences of your use of the software or resources.
No affiliation:
We are not affiliated with any companies responsible for providing software and resources on a Programme unless expressly stated otherwise.

Collaboration with Education Partners:
FourthRev designs and develops Programmes in collaboration with reputable Education Partners. Each Programme is approved by such Education Partner, the details of which are clearly displayed on any Programme description. Unless otherwise stipulated, the Programmes are not accredited by that Education Partner. Nothing in these Terms establishes a relationship between you and an Education Partner, or entitles you to use the resources of that Education Partner beyond participation in the Programme , unless expressly stated otherwise in specific Programme Terms and Conditions.

A Programme will be delivered and administered by FourthRev on the FourthRev platform.
The FourthRev Platform:
Upon acceptance and enrolment onto the Programme you will be granted access to the FourthRev Platform. We will create your account and profile based on your successful enrolment (or, if you already have a profile then we will use your existing profile for the new Programme onto which you are enroled). FourthRev reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform due to non-payment of fees or failing to comply with any of our policies or guidelines (or any other valid reason that we or an Education Partner provides). Please note there may be some delays between enrolment and access to the platform.
Post-programme access:
Following completion of the Programme, you will retain access to the FourthRev platform and learning materials contained within for a period of six months. After six months your access will be revoked.
Licence:
Subject to these Terms, and to you paying the relevant fees for a Programme, FourthRev grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free and revocable license to use the Services, including all services associated with our Programmes, and the FourthRev Platform.

FourthRev, and any Programme administrators or teachers, may contact you by email or telephone in relation to reminders about assignments or any payments due. These are service communications which are necessary for us to effectively fulfil our contract with you. We only send marketing communications if you have provided your consent, and you can always change your mind. Other levels of certification may be issued by an Education Partner based on the Programme. If you have any questions about Programme completion, please contact us by completing the virtual form here.
Student Success Team
Success Manager:
Once you have successfully registered for a Programme, you will be assigned a Success Manager, who will be in regular contact with you throughout the Programme. Your Success Manager will help to set goals and work with you when you are facing any issues with completing the Programme, accessing the Programme materials or sitting the Programme assessments.
Your Success Manager will also periodically engage with a career coach who will be focussed on working with you to understand and formulate your career aspirations as part of the Programme and beyond.
Career Coaching:
You may also be assigned a Career Coach, depending on which Programme you are enroled on, who is an experienced, professional career coach and mentor who can support you to achieve your job and career outcomes. You will meet regularly with your Career Coach throughout the Programme experience in order to ensure you are preparing yourself for career success within the Programme and beyond. Your Career Coach may assign you tasks or exercises to complete between Coaching Sessions. There is no obligation on you to complete these tasks or exercises, but if you choose not to, this may slow your progress in achieving your job and career outcomes. Results are not guaranteed. You understand you are entirely responsible for creating your own results.
You understand and agree that career coaching is not provided as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. You understand and accept that all responsibility for any decisions relating to your career are your sole responsibility.

We are currently creating our official Student Code of Conduct which is being made to (i) maintain a safe environment, (ii) create an inclusive and welcoming community, and (iii) create clear guidelines and boundaries for building relationships and navigating a Programme.
If you have any questions about the Student Code of Conduct please submit an enquiry by completing the virtual form here.

Other payment options:
If you have agreed to an alternative payment option or plan, this will be shared with you in writing and you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
Payment of VAT and other Taxes:
Any VAT or other applicable taxes payable in addition to the Programme fees will be identified in your invoice or information pack and such amounts are your sole responsibility, unless the contrary is stated.
Administrative/bank charges:
You acknowledge and agree that you will pay any extra administrative or bank charges that may apply to your payment of the fees, charges or additional costs, depending on your jurisdiction.
Suspension or removal for non-payment:
If you fail to pay all the applicable fees for a Programme by its due date for payment, FourthRev may, in its sole discretion, suspend or remove you from that Programme until full payment is received. If full payment is not made within any additional period of time, as notified by us to you, then we have the right to cancel your registration and remove you completely from the Programme. In this situation, you will not be entitled to any refund of any fees.
Payment disputes:
If there is a dispute about payment of any fees, FourthRev may, in our sole discretion, suspend your participation in the Programme for the period of such dispute.
Outstanding payments:
Please be aware that if you have any outstanding payments in relation to a Programme, you will not be able to complete that Programme or receive a final result. We will also not be able to certify that you have completed that Programme, or issue any awards, until full payment is received.
