Please contact and log the issue with your success manager immediately.
Technical Difficulty: Should you be unable to submit your assignment due to technical difficulties, immediately email your success manager with full information on the issue you are experiencing. This will enable the relevant person to understand when you experienced the issue so that they can log the issue for you, and be in the best position to help you submit on time.
Additionally, notify your success manager that you are experiencing difficulties in submitting your assignment so that they are also aware and can assist you further.
Please ensure you include the following details:
- Clear and concise details around the issue(s) you are experiencing. (For example, a password issue, issues logging in, unable to access a platform or tool provided.)
- Your operating system and, if applicable, your browser.
- Screenshot(s) of the issue to help to troubleshoot.
- What you have tried to date to rectify/resolve the issue.
- Any other information you feel is important and relevant to share around the issue you are experiencing.
Extenuating Circumstances: Should you have experienced a situation that is preventing you from submitting your assignment on time, we would ask that you contact your success manager as early as possible and provide full details. They will work with you to either find a solution to enable you to submit on time or advise you of your options going forward.
